Christian Pereyda practices in the areas of commercial finance, SBA lending, loan documentation, litigation, creditor’s rights, and collections.

Christian graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2017. Before law school, Christian attended Birmingham-Southern College, where he played football for two seasons and earned his undergraduate degree.  While a student at the University of Alabama School of Law, Christian earned his LL.M. in Complex Business Transactions alongside his J.D., served as Acquisitions and Research Editor for the Law and Psychology Review, and won first place in the American Bankruptcy Institute’s annual Bankruptcy Law Student Writing Competition.  Christian also represented the University of Alabama School of Law at the 25th Annual Judge Conrad B. Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition.
