Charles “Rick” Johanson practices in the areas of Creditor’s Rights, Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy Litigation, and Workouts.

Rick is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law and obtained a B.A. from Samford University. While at Cumberland School of Law, Rick served as an associate Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, as well as an associate justice for the Cumberland Moot Court Board.
